Waste4Change is an environmental service company with a mission to manage waste responsibly and sustainably. The company provides waste management solutions for individuals and businesses, promoting recycling and proper disposal.

The main issue was the lack of an intuitive and seamless experience for users attempting to use the “Send Your Waste” service. Users faced challenges navigating the platform, which affected the overall user experience, making it difficult to access the service smoothly.
The redesign focused on restructuring the platform to ensure a more streamlined and user-friendly interface. Simplifying navigation and improving the accessibility of essential features were key components of the solution.
The revised user flow was designed to allow users to easily navigate from the homepage to the “Send Your Waste” service, offering clear steps and guidance throughout the process. This improved flow reduced confusion and enhanced the overall user journey.
Users found it difficult to navigate the platform, leading to frustration and potential abandonment of the service.
